Inner Vision Women’s Ultrasound accepts all insurances. Our commitment is to provide quality care and service for our patients and their referring physicians.
We will gladly file your exam with your insurance for your convenience. Please bring your current insurance card with you to your appointment. Co-Pays and Deductibles will be billed to you after your exam and the processing of your insurance filing. Payment is expected when you receive a statement.
It is your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits, co-payments, co-insurance levels, referral requirements for specialists and any benefit exclusions including out of network policies. Your insurance company’s customer service department can assist you with any coverage inquiries. The phone number to contact your insurance company is located on the back of your insurance card. We are pleased to offer a courtesy discount to patients electing to self pay at time of service.
Accepted Insurance List: Aetna, Amerigroup, Americhoice, Beech Street, BCBS, Cahaba Medicare, Cigna (except the Cigna Connect Network), Healthspring, Humana Choice Care, PHCS Multiplan, Signature Health Alliance, Tenncare Select, Tricare Standard & Prime, United Healthcare and USA MCO.
All patients are advised to contact their insurance company directly if they have a question regarding specific plan participation within an insurance company.
Financial Policies: Please refer to the Financial policy information listed on the patient registration form. The patient should become familiar with our financial policy since it must be agreed to prior to any exam. If a patient requires a payment plan to meet financial constraints, they should contact the Billing Department directly. The Self Pay Billing Plan form is available on the Forms Page for your convenience to review. It is not valid until also signed by the Billing Department.
Self Pay Patients: Patients who do not have insurance and elect to self pay at the time services are rendered are offered a courtesy discount, This must be paid before a service can be performed.
